Danny Silver is an international Real Estate expert and has been marketing new-build property for over 36 years - with the same group! He began in Florida where he spent 8 years; then took up group marketing in Spain where he remained for nearly 12 years; followed by 3 years in Israel/Middle East. Since late 1997 Danny has headed up group marketing in France for overseas markets and has homes in Paris, Monaco and Marbella, (Spain).
Born in Great Britain, Danny Silver is a property marketing consultant for some of the world's leading banking institutions and developers in over 20 countries worldwide. He is also the most sought after speaker and teacher in the USA on buying and holding Real Estate internationally, and has lectured with experts such as Tom Hopkin, Zig Ziglar, Donald Trump and Robert Shemin, (America’s N°. 1 Real Estate “Guru” - who invests in France with PDF!)
Danny has been an active property investor for over 28 years - on both sides of the Atlantic!
Commercial Director
Jean-Philippe Gadel was literally "born" into the construction business, his father being a renowned villa developer on the French Riviera. After obtaining degree's in international commerce, management and administration, Jean-Philippe first joined his father and then had his own development company for 10 years until taken over by a major international development group. He then spent 4 years as Development Director for one of France's biggest developers before joining the Propriété "Direct" France group as Commercial Director in 2003.
He lives in a village above Nice on the Cote d'Azur

Roselyne Genin is an investment professional focusing on her passion to help people build wealth through the use of carefully selected real estate. She leverages her many years of executive experience in markeking, sales, business development, product development and customer service to assist her clients in making credible business decisions for their future.
Roselyne’s prior executive leadership roles include Vice President of marketing for Centerpoint Broadband Technologies where she lead the development and support of its global business. As Vice President of Optical Networks for Ericsson, she built the new business unit and was an industry leader in the development of fiber optics.
Roselyne won numerous awards including, an Outstanding Service Award from the IEEE, and a Marcus Wallenberg Fellowship from Ericsson. She is a frequent contributor at communications seminars and other forums, served on the Editorial Advisory board of Lightwave magazine and was an Elected Board Director of her Home Owners Association.
Born and raised in France, Roselyne owns real estate investment properties there as well as in the US. She is licensed in the state of California.
Her academic credentials include a Diploma of Engineer from France’s Ecole Polytechnique Feminine, an MS in Physics from SDSU and a Master of Science in Management from MIT where she was a Sloan Fellow.
